Sterling Polychem established business as an authorised Distributor, Supplier, Trader, Importer & Service Provider in 2005 when it associated with M/s. Dow Corning India for distributing their line of Automotive Silicone RTV Sealants. Since then, Sterling Polychem has been meeting needs of automotive fog lamp manufacturers in North India with Dow Corning Silicone Sealants. In 2011, Sterling Polychem emerged as a distributor and supplier offering XIAMETER (A Dow Corning business model) handling industrial sealants in the North Indian region.

In 2006, Graco Inc. USA started business with Sterling Polychem; appointing the company as their Authosied Distributor (North/East). Sterling Polychem then began dealing in their Adhesives and Sealants range of Equipments, i.e., Selling & Servicing Graco Inc. supply systems & dispensing solutions that were used in multiple industries. Supply systems & dispensing solutions like precise metered shot dispensing from .005 cc to 10 cc per shot found large-scale applications (especially in bonding, bead dispensing, gasketing, potting and encapsulation, spray application, etc. of materials like silicone sealants, epoxies, polyurethanes, PVC plastisols, medical reagents, resins, weld sealants, and butyl sealants). Products supplied by Sterling Polychem were therefore demanded in major industries like Automotive (Tier I & Tier II), LED, Solar, Electrical and Electronics, Appliances industries, and more.
